Services & Fees
I offer online therapy for clients across Wisconsin. My practice is designed to be transparent and straightforward, so you have a clear sense of what working together looks like before reaching out.
My goal is to make services financially accessible whenever possible. Sliding scale fees are available for clients who need them, and discounted rates are offered for college students and cash-pay clients. If the listed fee presents a hardship, please inquire about adjusted rates.
Ongoing Therapy
50-minute session: $175
Ongoing therapy provides consistent support as you work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or life challenges. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your goals, whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term work.
Therapy is offered online, allowing for flexibility while still creating space for depth and meaningful progress.
Single Session Therapy
50-minute session: $135
Single Session Therapy is a focused, goal-oriented option for addressing a specific concern. It can be helpful for decision-making, navigating life changes, managing stress or anxiety, or processing something that feels immediate or overwhelming.
Some clients use single sessions as a starting point, while others return as needed alongside ongoing therapy.
Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything—it's simply an opportunity to see if working together feels like a good fit.
Payment is due at the time of each session. Payment can be made by credit card which is kept on file for convenience.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed your session rate.
